Sunday was our second full day excursion of Week 2. This time we were on our way to the city of Liverpool...
The excursion consisted of: Some time to explore the Tate Liverpool (one of the best art galleries in the country), an audio guided walk around the Beatles experience museum (a highly interactive experience that charts the groups rise from childhood to world domination), a picnic next to the river Mersey, and then there was an afternoon of... you guessed it... SHOPPING!
This excursion was a great chance to see what life is like in a typical British city. The students were brilliantly behaved and fun was had by all. A truly great day out!
